Each pool's governance token is a customizable ERC-20 token that is set up when a given fund is created.
A governance token for a fund represents a corresponding value that is backed by the respective fund.
An ERC-20 token is an extremely popular type of Ethereum based token with a standardized set of rules and functions that can be called.
Some examples you might be familiar with include: USDC, LINK, and BNB
How they work
Upon depositing to a pool, you will receive in your wallet a calculated quantity of governance tokens based on the amount you've deposited and the number of tokens in your pool.
When withdrawing from a pool, you will be exchanging these respective tokens in exchange for Ethereum and removed from your pool's total governance amount
